It answers questions that buyers have before they visit: How far is the barn from the house? How much of the land is usable? What do the neighbors look like?

Beyond still photos, drone video creates a cinematic property tour that tells a story. I use slow flyover footage to show the approach, the setting, and the lifestyle. These videos perform extremely well on social media and generate significantly more engagement than static posts.
