No Sale, No Sharing
This website does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done either in the preceding 12 months. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, and no data brokers involved. Personal information is also never sold or shared regardless of your age — including for consumers under 16. The only personal information collected is what you type into a contact or valuation form, and it is used solely to respond to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control
Because this site sells and shares nothing, there is nothing for an opt-out preference signal to switch off — browsers sending a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal are already receiving the treatment the signal requests. That treatment is honored by design, not by configuration.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information has been collected about you; to access it in a portable format; to correct it; to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements); to opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable here, but the right is yours); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (none is collected by this site); and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. You will never receive different service or pricing for making a privacy request.
Submit a Privacy Request
You may submit an opt-out or any other privacy rights request using the form below, by emailing larissa@theoperativegroup.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or by calling 541.784.7745. Requests are honored within 15 business days for opt-outs and within 45 calendar days for access, correction, and deletion requests (extendable once by 45 days with notice, as the CCPA permits).
Verification & Authorized Agents
To protect your information, requests are verified by matching the name and contact details you provide against the information on file — no additional documentation is required for the modest information this site holds. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; the agent should include your written permission with the request.
