This website, larissamayfieldre.com (the “Site”), is operated by Larissa Mayfield, a real estate broker licensed by the Oregon Real Estate Agency (License No. 201231874), an independent contractor affiliated with Real Broker, LLC, and a member of The Operative Group team. 2. Information You Provide
The Site collects personal information only when you choose to submit it through a contact or valuation form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, approximate acreage, property type, and any message or details you include. There are no user accounts and no login on this Site.
3. Information Collected Automatically
The Site does not set its own cookies and does not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts. However, some technical data is processed by the services that make the Site work: the Site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub may log IP addresses and technical request data in accordance with GitHub’s privacy statement), and fonts are delivered by Google Fonts (Google may receive your IP address when your browser requests font files). Form submissions include basic anti-spam checks.
4. How Your Information Is Used
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a property valuation you requested, provide real estate services you ask about, and follow up with you about your real estate needs. That is the whole list. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How Your Information Is Shared
Form submissions are delivered to a secure customer-relationship system used by Larissa Mayfield and The Operative Group team so your inquiry can be handled promptly. Information may also be shared with Real Broker, LLC where required for brokerage supervision, record-keeping, or transaction compliance under Oregon real estate law; with service providers that process form data on the Site’s behalf (under confidentiality obligations); and where required by law, subpoena, or to protect legal rights. If you become a client, information related to your transaction is handled and retained as required by Oregon real estate license law.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry information is retained as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a business relationship. Records connected to an actual real estate transaction are retained for the period required by Oregon law. You may request deletion of your inquiry information at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted through this Site by emailing larissa@theoperativegroup.com. Oregon residents may have additional rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act; regardless of whether that law technically applies to a business of this size, I honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests. I will respond within 45 days. Note that records required to be kept under real estate license law cannot be deleted during their mandatory retention period.
8. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submitted information is limited to those who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact me and it will be deleted.
10. Links to Other Websites
The Site links to third-party websites, including government resources. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy applies only to this Site.
11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights, and this Site honors them regardless of whether the law’s applicability thresholds are met. In the preceding 12 months, this Site has collected only two categories of personal information, both directly from you: identifiers (name, email address, phone number) and personal information described in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80(e) (property address and details you submit). This information is collected solely to respond to your inquiry and provide requested real estate services. This Site does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, does not collect sensitive personal information, and does not use personal information for profiling or automated decision-making — and has done none of these in the preceding 12 months.
California residents may exercise the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out (and are protected from discrimination for doing so) through the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, by email, or by phone. Verifiable requests receive a response within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83), you may also request a list of third parties to whom personal information was disclosed for their own direct marketing — the answer is none; no such disclosures are made.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted here.
