Elmira is an unincorporated community northwest of Eugene known for its larger lot sizes and rural character. Hobby farms, horse properties, and quiet residential acreages define the area.
Elmira is unincorporated and small enough that the national portals cannot compute a reliable median for it — the most recent trend figures they publish for Elmira cover late 2024, and their own summary and tiles disagree with each other by a factor of two. Rather than repeat a number I cannot stand behind, here is the honest version: Elmira trades with the wider Fern Ridge area, and Veneta is the closest market with enough volume to mean anything.
