Twenty-one homes and ten floor plans across six communities, each with its advertised price, bedroom and bathroom count, square footage, price per square foot and build status: available, under construction, or to be built. Lennar in Eugene and Springfield, Hayden Homes and Wiechert in Springfield, and the rest, with what each builder includes as standard.
Before you walk into a model home
The sales rep works for the builder. The person in the model home is paid to get the best outcome for the builder: their contract, their lender, their timeline. You deserve someone at the table whose only job is you.
Register me before your first visit. Many builders require a buyer’s broker to be registered at or before your first visit or online sign-up. If you visit or sign up on your own first, you may not be able to have your own broker represent you on that home. Text me before you go and I will handle the registration.
The advertised price is only part of the deal. Builders may offer closing-cost credits, rate buydowns, upgrade packages or lot premiums, and these change often. Incentives tied to a builder’s affiliated lender are optional, so compare them against an outside lender before deciding.
A starting point, not a price sheet
This guide is not a complete list of new construction in Lane County, and builders change pricing, incentives and release schedules constantly. Prices and status are as advertised on 15–16 September 2026. Use it to shortlist, then let me confirm today’s numbers.
